No, the prices displayed are the starting prices of the units only unless specified. Every unit has its own costs for Surrounds, Facades and Media(Logs, Glass, Embers, Liners, etc.) so the final price can vary.

We ship Monday through Saturday. In stock items ordered by 11AM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed on a Sunday will ship the next business day. Transit times vary but typically our suctomers are receiving their shipped orders in 3-5 business days. If your item is not in stock we will contact you as soon as posible with an estimated lead time.
Yes! We have many different Stoves, Fireplaces and Grills on our showroom floor. Come by anytime we're open, we'll be ready to help.
We can ship most of our stoves to a residential or commercial address. There will be additional freight charges and those vary on many factors. Contact us for a full estimate.
If you are trying to purchase a stove or other unit that goes by freight two things may be happening:
1) We are not able to be ship that unit and it can only be picked up at our Cataumet, MA Showroom.
2) A Freight Quote is required to complete the purchase.
